Okay, below is my starter list from my NISO presentation. I will add everything from all the presentations once they are posted.

• Financial (pricing/negotiation, cost per use, justification)
• Sales & product development
• Editorial focus
• User instruction
• Marketing
• Recommender systems
• Copyright management
• Personalization
• Enhanced findability – alternative placement/access points
• Part of bigger picture (library budget, reorganization, physical space, MINES, ibQUAL, etc.)
